The friendly crew, especially Adrian, guided me through several choices for my home setup. It was super handy to be able to bring a demo subwoofer home for a test run. I ended up with a REL T7, which Adrian was nice enough to set up for me. Now, I’ve got the sound I’ve been after. Fantastic product and service from Audio T - definitely recommend!

This shop left a lot to be desired, looking quite disorganized, and having a turntable getting fixed right by the checkout didn’t exactly boost my trust. The staff member seemed a bit annoyed when I requested to check out my item before buying, and he shot back a rather hasty, snarky remark! I was taken aback by that. Would I come back for another purchase? Most likely not.

The staff here are super friendly, really helpful, and know their stuff. They don’t push you to buy anything. When I was trying out some gear, the vibe was chill, and they didn’t rush me at all. I ended up spending a couple of hours checking out two different amps.

These folks really know their stuff - save some cash with their solid tips... taking bad advice from others could cost you... you can count on these guys.

My initial interactions with Audio T were quite positive. The Portsmouth location is the closest to me, about 30 miles away. Luke provided me with valuable insights and details regarding options that fit my budget for a new amplifier and CD player, as well as a compatible record deck. Unfortunately, the amplifier I received had a faulty speaker outlet. I called for some guidance on this, and Luke even offered to come over to sort it out. He brought a replacement amplifier the next day, which was a huge relief. I was really impressed with the after-sales support, which complemented the great service I got from Audio T. I’d definitely recommend this hi-fi shop since their passion and expertise were exactly what I needed.

Back in the early 80s, I got my first real hifi setup from audio-t Chandlers Ford, featuring michell, crimson electric, and tangent. The current team is just as friendly and helpful as they were back in the day. It's a fantastic spot for buying and getting advice! 👍

Audio T truly ranks among the finest Hi-Fi shops in the nation. Unlike those big chain stores, their locations aren’t mere replicas of each other. Every shop boasts its own unique inventory and staff who really know their stuff when it comes to brands. Plus, their website is a breeze to navigate!

Awesome support and super helpful crew. I got myself a fono amp, some cables, and a Pro-Ject Carbon turntable. Everything showed up fast thanks to DPD. At first, I picked the wrong fono, but the team was quick to help me fix my blunder. They really know their stuff on the phone, and I’ll surely be back for more.

On Saturday, October 2nd, 2021, I dropped by the Audio T store in Enfield to pick up a Rega IO amplifier and a Rega Apollo CD player. They had the amp available, but the CD player was out of stock. John, the owner, really knew his stuff and went above and beyond to track down the CD player at a different location, making sure it got shipped to me in just a few days. Highly recommended!
